I'm Gary Blair
I have over 15 years' experience in facilitating transformational learning experiences for leaders in the private and social sectors. I hold a Master's in Organisational Leadership from Regent University in Virginia, USA.
A career highlight has been the four years I spent at an international NGO in the Middle East, running learning and leadership development programs for cross-cultural groups. This work led to speaking engagements on four continents.
Recently, I have enjoyed writing and facilitating leadership and management material for top companies and government regulatory bodies. I am passionate about motivating people to lead and live better than they did yesterday.
